All forms can be dropped off at either the
church or school offices during business hours. Or, may be mailed to:

Payment is due prior to classes starting. Checks can be mailed with registration forms and made out to Sacred Heart Church. To make payment arrangements or if you have other questions regarding tuition, please contact Tracie Kersey. We do not want to deny Religious Education in the event of financial difficulties, we will make every effort to help assist you.

If you are new to the parish and are not registered Parish members you will need to fill out a Parish registration form as well.

* Please note: Tuition payments should be made separately from Tithing donations and should be clearly marked or in a separate envelope noting the intent of the check's purpose.
